Wow here getting new tires. My quote is $100 more today than the other day. Need the tires to get to our new home in Lumberton North Carolina. Can not believe how none of the mechanics are wearing masks. But customers have too.
first, they tried to tell me I needed new rotors. said they couldn't be resurfaced. said I'd have my boyfriend look at it, suddenly they can resurface the rotors. they didn't change the oil til after I asked about it when paying. the alignment they did left my car pulling to the right. called to make an appt to have the alignment redone. boyfriend showed up and they tried to tell him he had to wait behind 4 other people. not even, so my car is next. will NEVER go back
Try to buy tires online then got to store try charging me $100 more than online quote. Such scam artist. Don't buy her. You can get name brand installed tires anywhere else cheaper I was even trying to get none name brand tires I could get fire stones at Firestone cheaper than Pep Boys is most generic Tire

Lo mas peor que me a podido pasar,en mi carro, me ,lo entregar,y a las pocas horas se solo el bumper, y si se hubiera caido y yo manejando, en el fwy que desgracias hubiera pasado, y solo lo trae a un cambio de 3 luces off
These folks are great!!! My truck was on the lift in minutes, I swear, and they are honoring the service done in San Diego (missing parts... really?).. this PepBoys will continue to care for my Lolita (Blazer). Thank you Jason you ARE the best!!
