Pepbys I went to Pepboys today about a possible oil leak. I got help right away. The put my car up to see underneath and too look for any oil leaks. They even checked my air filter. I bought two cans of oil and an air filter and they put it all in with no charge. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. I would trust my car with these guys. Thanks again to Daniel Jasoni and his staff for all their care. Kathy

pepboys Took my truk in due to over heating, $800.00 LATER and it is still overheating. Took it back, the sevice dept told me there was nothing wrong. Then i week later it overheated badly. Took it to Firestone on Craig by Home Depot & $735.00 LATER they told me pep boys did not check and see there was a cracked fan blade. It is now running Great and I can use the air again. Take your vehicles to Firestone. They are honest and they check everything. That price included two new tires installed and balanced.
service manager The Pepboys on Sahara and 6th have a service Manager named Ron J., he moral, strongly dedicated, and ethical. He went beyond the call of duty when I was in Vegas and my rental broke down. The a/c was out and 111 degrees out. The car needed a new air conditioner compressor and the works. We were stuck. He got us the 5 1/2 miles back and forth to our hotel. He got the 3.7 hour job done 2 hours after they opened the next day because he paid a mechanic overtime to get it disassembled the night before. Very Friendly Staff I came here for an oil change on my 96 Camry. I dropped off the car in the morning, and picked it up about 3:30. When I attempted to pay with my card, it was declined five times. So I sat there and didnt know what to do since I had no cash and I didnt have the card company number on me. It was about 20 minutes that passed when "Randy" showed up and gave me the key to my car, and said it was all free since the card didn't work. Very happy with the service I have an older vehicle and told the service guys to try and keep the cost down. They were able to do so, and at the same time my old Cadillac runs like new. Good Job, and I will be back when I need more work done

Hectic but good These people don't even want to look at your vehicle until they have your credit card. They are expensive and thourough. I guess you can't ask for much more.
