Just bought 4 brand new tires and left with them unbalanced. Took it back to have it corrected and left yet again not balanced correctly! Never had an issue until I went there. There's nothing wrong with the wheel either, Bc it only does it at 50mph. I will not be buying tires or using any services from them again!!
Spent 2 hours waiting for them to test battery that Nissan tested and provided bad test results. They then told me "it tested good but has low charge so we are charging it now". They tried to get out of warranty replacement. Had to argue with them to get it "approved". And yes I brought the test results from Nissan with me!
8 am appt. didn't even get to talk to someone til 8:25 and was then told it would be 1 hr and 45 min from that point! Over 2 hour wait when I had an appointment? That's ridiculous. Their excuse was because they had 5 8am appts. Well there is mistake #1...don't make so many appts at the same time! You defeat the purpose. What makes it worse is that I scheduled this appt in advance knowing I had a toddler with me.
Was told over the phone they would mount and balance a tire for me. place I bought tire from machine was down. Get there and was turned away, called a liar. The person at the tire and automotive counter had even put me on hold to get managers approval on phone but in person neither would admit talking to me. I could have gone some where else had they not wasted my time but alternatives where now closed. On way home spare tire blew out and had to walk home and now spend more money and time on truck repairs.....thanks. GFYS
I had a great experience with the customer service and help we got from Luis, Joey, Jovi and Ivan. They went out of their way to help us. I went with my dad to get some parts for my son's car. They stand by the great warranty they offer. We will definitely go back for our car needs. Again thanks for everything!
