RecommendedVery friendly and quick service. I dropped in without an appointment and they were able to see me right away. I had run over something so they put my car on the lift, showed me the scrapes and put in plastic fasteners for free. They wouldn’t accept tips so I’m thanking them here.
You just lost a life long customer
Absolutely horrific customer service! Stood there for 30 minutes waiting for an appointment and no acknowledgement. When finally called upon, we were told even with the appointment we would be waiting a minimum of three hours to have two tires changed. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere! Derelicts... �
Customer service was great Ron, Roudy, and Jason are awesome! The fact that it took 7 days to get parts and get the car fixed was ridiculous! Would I comeback? Probably not!
Took my car to be serviced but they said they couldnt tell me whats wrong because the engine lights not on ?!?! Isnt that what a diagnosis test is for ? What ?!?!
Any time I have had my car brought here they have been quick to diagnose and fix the problem, all 4 times k have had my car back the same day or in less then 24 hours. The only issue I have had is I don't understand how an alternator would have to be replaced 3 times in less then a year.
The Hernando County Sheriff's Office Explorer Post was traveling to competition down in Palm Beach, Fl from Hernando County when our serpentine belt broke in the engine. We called Pep Boys to see if they could help us out and when we got to the store they meet us in the parking lot. The manager, Robert, and his team fixed it for us and got us right back on the road within an hour. We couldn't of asked for better service! What a great experience! Thank you Pep Boys!!!
