I'm at the Pep Boys in Coral Springs on University Dr. I dropped my car off at 4:40 to have 4 brand new tires put on my Lincoln MKX. It is now 6:20 and they just started working on my car. I'm here with my 2 small children and your service workers are either on their cell phones or talking to each other. So I learned a lesson while having service done at Pep Boys. Hand your tire security key lug to the service rep. I had everything that I used to remove the flat and install the spare. I intentionally left everything in my trunk as I always have. Well would you know that my security lug went mysteriously missing when the tech was looking in my trunk. Ended up ok. I was dissatisfied so the manager stepped in and resolved it for me.
My daughter had her car fixed here today. They tried to overcharge her by including the diagnostic fee even though they clearly advertise no fee if they do the work! Wtf, I hate when people try to take advantage! Won't be going back here again! #honestmechanicsarehardtofind
Terrible. Had to file complaint with corporate office and Florida Attorney General for faulty work! Careless, unprofessional and rude.
They didn't tighten filter well and told me they created an oil spill. Then said to watch my oil in case they broke something!!! No thanks, I'll be going elsewhere next time.
Careless and unprofessional !! They didn't Take their time to do a simple tire patch , & ended up damaging my door!! If u care about your car don't bring it here !
