I take the car to be serviced and the Tire light is on.I ask them to check all the brakes. They never call me to tell me the car is done after it had been there all day. The front brakes needed to be done but yet no call. The tire was missing a $24 sensor but no call. I had issues before with this place but decided to give it one more try. Asked for the original person I left the car with to call me back. Never did. Asked for a manager to call me, never did. Their Main office will be getting a call.
After having a less than perfect experience with my last oil change at this location, I decided to give this Pep Boys one more chance. I ended up needing all 4 tires replaced, and the serviceman took the time to work with me on choosing just the right tires. He was patient and listened to my wants and concerns. I wasn't sure as to whether or not my vehicle needed an alignment so they offered to check it prior to just tacking it on my bill. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. KEPT US WAITING FOR 5 HOURS PROMISING GAS CANS ONLY TO HAVE THEM WHISPER TO ONLY THE FRONT OF THE LINES THAT NO GAS CANS WERE ON THE TRUCK. DISGUSTING! DISGUSTING! DISGUSTING! DISGUSTING! I PLAN ON PROTESTING IN FRONT OF THEIR LOCATION AS SOON AS IRMA PASSES!
HORRIBLE SERVICE. So disrespectful during a hurricane. They didn't get the shipment of Gas cans that we had placed on hold and other people had already paid for. They were supposed to receive 16 cans and they didn't get any. No organization, no respect, worst experience in my life. Truck was supposed to arrive at 1 and didn't come till 4 and they took 2 hours to unload it and then let us know the gas canisters didn't get shipped. Terrible terrible experience!!!!!!! We waited almost 5 Hours!!!!!!
Iwhen j called to book an appointment for an oil change I was told it is a 45 minute wait. So I booked the appointment. I show up 15 minutes later to be told that there was one car on front of me and that I should be in and out in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I have been waiting 2 hours and they haven't even touched my car. Then they told me it would be another 45 minutes. ...... No integrity/ honesty here. Wait till the camelback to me and tell me that I need extra filters and and add on.
It's 6:47pm on a Sunday and I am still sitting in the waiting room waiting for my brakes to be done. They closed at 6pm. I have been here since 2:30pm. Although I am not happy about being here past closing, I do want to point out that Eric, who is the one working on my brakes, has been phenomenal at providing service and updates. His coworkers on the other hand are farting around waiting to leave, I assume.
