So I purchase a battery for my volks wagon passat 2012 at this location, so when I was placing the battery in my vehicle ( Julio ) who was working the register went out directly in front of the store to see what was happening, I told him I believe the battery is the wrong size as the cable do not fit, so I walk around vehicle to get a cigerrette this gentle who is not a certified mechanic attaches the wires to the battery causing a spark and a burn smells, I asked what did you do and why, its smells like something burning, h... read more

Just had the worst customer service experience at this pep boys. I had my car serviced a couple of days ago which took from 4pm to 9pm closing time for 3 tires to be changed and an oil change. When the tech gave me the car he said he forgot about the headlight and there closing but if I bring it in the morning they would get it done ASAP which I could not do. I call the following day and told them about the situation and the rep on the phone said to bring it in the morning and it would get done in half hour. So here his the ... read more

Very customer oriented great service and staff.
Ordered tires online. Received a call that tires not available. 2 minutes later received a call from mgr that tires available in another store and would be delivered on Friday. Made appt for Saturday and when I arrived they said 2 hours. 5 hours later they told me manager driving to Hollywood to pick up tire and back in 10 minutes. Drove to store to find another lie that manager still in route to Hollywood and back in 35-40 minutes. So after 6 hours 2 trips to Pep Boys and 4 verified lies, finally got tires. Was getting a oil change and rotate tires. They told me it would be done in one hour. At one and a half hours later they had not even started. It ended up taking two and a half hours be for i got my car back.no sorry no small discount nothing.
