RecommendedAmazing customer service. Truly helped me out in a serious pinch with my rental car having a flat tire and needing to be replaced. Went above and beyond to help me and my family out to get back on the road. Would highly recommend!

Just made an appointment here today to get my oil changed only to be told “we don’t have no technicians til maybe Tuesday” when I arrived. Why take appointments at all if you can’t honor them? Ugh.
Made an appointment, got to the appointment said they didn’t have any technicians so out appointment was canceled. They made no effort to contact me. Ridiculous.
The wait time forever. I had a 1pm appointment and it is now 3pm and they said it will be done in a hour. It's only a headlight and windshield wipers. Customers walking out and all. They are the worst!!!!!!! This is the one on Broad and Parrish.
I have always received excellent and professional service at tbis location. The staff are always very friendly and courteous. Oil change and tire rotation without an appointment,and I was still in an out within an hour. Swedome people. I highly recommend this location. You have a lifetime customer. I'll be coming back in the spring for new tires.
Very overpriced. My estimate for service was over $700 with parts and labor. I went to a 2nd mechanic and he checked my car over, I didn't half the things pep boys said I needed. I got the parts needed from auto zone and the 2nd mechanic only charged me $35 to put on back brake pads, wiper blades, air filter, and cabin filter. Total cost $118 parts and labor. Pep boys is a rip off.
Was there from 11am to after 4pm waiting for installation of 2 tires and tire alignment.. Way to long
They fucked up my car! They have no idea what they are doing and should not get any stars!
