Pep Boys totally exceeded my expectations! Service Manager Steve Wisdom took excellent care of me from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place for your car service needs! The superior customer service extended in the waiting area, Anthony was perceptive enough and on point, when he brought the remote to the TV, and said "in case you don't want to watch sports, you can change channels, (I was only one there at the time) and I thought, " how cool is Anthony? ! Eveyone was really nice and hard working. The store was very clean and I would recommend everyone to go to this store! Everyone is just so helpful with a good attitude! The service manager Steve made sure my vehicle got all the attention it needed. And even the store manager Leo went out of his way to go find a part that was needed.
