RecommendedThey were very nice, used caution an distancing measures. not sure if it was because I'm a healthcare worker but they didn't change me tax..(had on scrubs an had my client with me) pulled me right in even tho there was about 6 cars outside already. thank you Pep Boys!
These guys did great handling my transaction when I decided to drop by at 6:15. They said it’ll start around 6:30 and clear out by 7:30. I waited less than the estimate time finished. I am glad they’re willing to get things clear fast for me so I can get home quicker than my bedtime past.

Do not use! They will make promises that they are not capable of keeping to get you to let them do the work there. They had not even performed the work on my vehicle, after having it for hours, so I asked for my car back. They dishonestly told me they had already done part of the work. THEY HADN'T. We watched them do the work. And don't try to resolve complaints with them-it's as bad as their service They literally just hang up the phone one you. Such bad customer se… See more

I had a 9AM appointment for an oil change. At 10, they hadn't started so I asked for my keys back. They didn't offer an explanation for not kepping the appointment. They just handed them back.
Always prompt , polite, helpful. They really work hard to make & keep satisfied customers
Do NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLES !!! This sorry excuse for a company took my brothers trucks for repairs had it 3 weeks did nothing but leave it outside in the parking lot to be broken in to robbed and damaged more police report was made !!
