I had new tires, rotors, and brake pads put on my truck. The rotors were ordered incorrectly for the front and I had to come back at a later date for them to perform the service. After replacing the front pads and rotors, I noticed abnormal wear on the new rotors....so I called and a Brittany answered. On June 29, Pep Boys (store #21), 6100 Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA repaired my driver's side front door. They were jammed up but still got me in and out in short order and at the price they quoted me. Thank you, Brittany and Herb!
Went to the Mechanicsburg store to buy another set of tires for my truck would have been the 3rd set I bought from them since I've own my truck and I wanted to talk different tires and the service guy at the counter gave me an attitude so I walked out . Went across the street to National Tire and battery and got four tires and they got a service deal out of me to align my front end also which my bill is going to be over $1,000 that Pep Boys could of had if he had not been rude to me he just wanted to stand there and talk to ... read more
Been here for 4 hours now waiting on them to change a tire. Pathetic.
Ordered tires and set up an appointment for installation online and received confirmation of all of that. Flash foward to my appointment today I get there only to find out that the tires I ordered weren't deliversed yet. Dothey not know how to pick up a phone and say "hey the tiresame you ordered aren't in yet, could we reschedule?"... nope they don't do that.... the woman asked if I want to reschedule for tomorrow after tellin me they weren't in and when I asked if they would be in she said she didnthought know... Had a Great time today at the show and am impressed with the selection of hight performance parts in the new speed shop section and like all the extras added like the vintage signs and that sort of stuff it's nice to have Brand Name high performance parts sitting there on the self so close especially the selection of Mickey Thompson tires there in store nice selection of most everything really loved the experience today guys thanks all the staff were great to talk with and very friendly hope you do more shows like that in th... read more
