Between my husband and I, we have had 5 instances of appt times not being honored in the past yr. At this time, I am sitting in the waiting room 1 hour past the scheduled time and my vehicle has not been taken in yet for a simple oil change. I chose to come back this time after my husband' s car was held 5 hours over last time, because I had errands to run on this side of town and thought maybe those times were flukes. I will not be returning. I recommend that you don't waste your time at this location.
Former employee i could say damn shame. Inquired about a r/r pads&shoes job qouted me almost $400. For labor only. Lucky for me i know whats involved. Tryed to rip me off. An extra star only for the people i actually know there.
Had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled, spent about 30-45 minutes in the waiting room until one of the guys called me back to show me a few things. Turns out my tie rods and alignment were causing uneven wear on my tires and they all needed replaced. The guys were great! They could've easily just changed my oil and called it a day but they all went out of their way to explain the issues, show me their concerns, and explain all my options. Will NEVER come here again!!! Had an appt on the 4th. They called and cancelled because their tech went home. So I rescheduled for 11 this morning. They just now took my expedition back to put the tires on 2 hours past my appointment time!!
Consistently late finishing work on car. Whether it's an oil change or 60,000 mile tune up, they're always backed up, taking longer than expected. Suggestion for managers....OVERESTIMATE the amount of time the job will take so the customer will be pleasantly surprised when it's done SOONER and they are not late for their next appointment.
They will very good and they are fast and friendly as well
Pep boys screwed us out of tires not once but twice. Friday they told us they had the tires...Saturday they only had 3.... But we can get them from another shop.....Sunday they say they can't help us till Tuesday. They lost the sale. Will NEVER go there for anything ever again. Buyer beware!!!!
