I ordered tires and wheels which online said they would be there the next day after 6pm. I was told to call them 2 days later to ensure they had come in and to have them installed and perform an alignment. When i called to ensure they were in I was told no but we have 3 deliveries today call tomorrow. I called the following day (Saturday) to see if they were in only to be told no they were not due in until Tuesday. Bad mechanics and bad service. I made an appointment for a tire rotation......2 hours an 45 minutes later the truck wasn't even touched yet. The sorry thing is the employees don't care one bit about customer service! Walk inside get seen 1st.....then why the heck should someone make an appointment?
This place sucks. There’s no point of making an appointment if your car is still sitting out front and your waiting for over an hour and a half before it’s even taken in to the garage for a simple inspection and emissions. The staff also could have better customer service. Their excuse was “I only have one guy back there, did you want to reschedule?” Are you kidding? I’ve been sitting here for an hour and your best remedy is for me to reschedule!! And how is the fact that you ONLY have 1 guy doing mechanical work my problem?... read more
They always do a great job, honest and very helpful! Appointment times aren’t always honored but the work is quality.
My husband went for an inspection. While he was waiting in line, 2 people walked in behind him. They took those two people first for inspections. When my husband finally was waited on, they told him that their schedule was full for inspections that day. Really??? He was there first and then was told to come back another day! Nope. Never going back!
I scheduled an appointment at 12pm online and purchases 4 tires and an alignment. It is now 3pm and I am told that they gave one of my 4 tires to another customer and it’s another hour wait for them to get another one and an hour and 45 min wait for them to install the tires with an alignment. Terrible service and unapologetic employees. Future reference, there is no point in making an appointment or ordering anything online. Also, make sure you have an empty schedule when wanting a repair.
I have made appointments here and it seems each time they can’t keep them. Why make an appointment ahead of time only to be told you have to wait while people who are walk-ins are serviced before you? I had several things to get done too and am on a strict time schedule. I’m so sick of this place that I’ll never return and am telling everyone I know about these disappointments as well. One of the worst Pep Boys I’ve ever gone to. They’ve lost a customer.
Had an appointment at 10am waited in line to be checked in for 30 minutes. It’s been almost 2 hours since my appointment time and they have not started working on my car.
