I only recommend if you have a lot of time. Appointment times are a big joke. usually takes 1- 1 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Today's visit was over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours before they even pulled the car in. And that was after I asked about it. I understand things take longer than planned sometimes, but come say something to me. Don't act like everything is normaln at least Offer an apology.
RecommendedAlways take great care of my vehicles. Are there sometimes issues? Absolutely and 99% of those issues are out of the control of the men and women that work at the store. Defective parts right out of the box happen and if you people don’t believe that then you live in a fantasy world.

What’s the point of scheduling appointments when you never honor them?! I had an appointment scheduled for 6pm tonight for an oil change. I get there at 5:40pm and am told “we are backed up with walk-ins, there is no way we have time for your oil change”. The gentleman there told me that his print out from the morning didn’t show my apt at 6pm (because I scheduled it online around noon). They absolutely refused to honor my scheduled appointment. Bad luck....2 flat tires in 3 weeks and I had yet to fix my spare. 😩 Pep Boys took me in just after 8pm and set me up with 2 new affordable tires and excellent service!
bought a high mileage synthetic oil change that came with a tire rotation. they told me the tire rotation wasn't needed. workers must not have wanted to do their job. had to tell them I wasn't paying for the package unless I got the full service listed on the website that my appointment was set for. I was there from 12pm-3pm. to top it off they put the wrong oil in my SUV. My vehicle takes synthetic oil...never again!!! they told me no we put synthetic in...here's a picture that they didn't.
Pep Boys is the best place to have your car inspection done they are excellent in what they do , my choice from now on❤️❤️❤️❤️
