HORRIBLE customer service on the right side the older gentleman at the regular counter was very nice and helpful. But the service guy made me wait more than an hour with pretty much no one waiting or in the store just to put some simple hubcaps on because I’d never done it before. Then after more than an hour he said “sorry I don have time tonight” well maybe I didn’t have time that night to wait around for your incompetency. Straight up POS
HORRIBLE. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a freaking OIL CHANGE to be faced with an estimate for 2 grand for all the things "wrong" with my car (literally wanted to charge me 70 bucks to bleed my brakes). NEVER GOING BACK. Not to mention only one person of the entire staff knew where anything was in the store. What a mess.
Brought vehicle in for inspection. They called me and told me a list of things that i would need soon. At 3:00 in the afternoon, they told me it was just about done, so i went to pick the vehicle up after 5:00. It wasn't done because the mechanic had to go to lunch. I left and wasn't called back. Came the next day at 11:30 in afternoon, paid the bill. Went out to leave, noticed the light on dash.... my vehicle passed an inspection with no brake lights. Beware!! I will never ever go back to Pep Boys. Took my car to the location in Liverpool about 13.000 miles ago and I paid over $600 for a full brake job, rotors & pads. Come to find out when I replaced 2 back tires just now that they only replaced the pads on the rear but never touched the rotors. I was a reward club member & supposedly was to receive an extra discount!! So I paid for rear rotors that were never put on my car!! Royalty screwed!! Worst place ever for auto parts ordered parts first couldn't find a tracking number now It missed the FedEx truck and they're still delayed place is a joke
