I lost it while driving on 81 and didn’t know what I was going to do! They were so kind in helping me pick the right one and then stood out in the blowing wind and snow and out it in for me! Thank you kind sirs for helping me today. You don’t know what it meant to me!
They are so rude here! I got my snow tires done here two weeks ago and throughout the two weeks my car started driving different. It would shake and when I pressed on the brakes the car would go “thump thump thump”. It got to a point where I felt scared to drive my car so I booked an appointment with Monro to see what was going on and they asked if I got snow tires recently and I said “yes, why?” And they told me that whoever did my tires messed up so bad putting the lug nuts on that he was able to take my tire off with his ... read more

This place is terrible. Never and I mean NEVER get any engine work done here. so about a month ago I got my engine thermostat changed out by these clowns because my check engine light came on. I paid $1k for that. When they were done I got my car back but the next day and all these warnings and service signals were popping up on my dash, and my car was shaking on start very bad. Black Friday sale ordered and paid for 4 cooper tires . Had to wait a week for them to come in . Appt December 6 . Arrived 30 minutes early checked in. Waited 4 hrs finally at noon Manager said he did not have my tires . Car sitting on lift tires off the rims . We were offered a cheap set of tires with a terrible rating after 4 hrs passed . Brought my car there for an inspection and an oil change it was completely fine and they said the studs were worn down so they charged me another $100. 6 days go by and I notice the brake lights are not working Now after an INSPECTION, AILMENT AND OIL CHANGE I will have to pay $160 for a brake switch?!? Takes 5 minutes to put in and like $10?!? No. Done with pepboys.

These guys call me every week leaving messages about my vehicle being ready etc - I’ve told them literally 6-7 times now to please remove my number from whatever account it is and get nothing but attitude and refusal from whoever calls and told that they can’t do it - getting quite irritated with the company and don’t appreciate the attitude I get when I call back and ask them to remove my number OVER and OVER. Sick of the rude attitude given when they are the ones interrupting my work day multiple Times - not vice versa.
Had no appointments but said I could pick up tires. quoted me the sale price. Wouldn't honor price when I got there as price quoted was only for installed option. he knew I was picking them up when he quoted me
