Don't waste your time and money here. I decided to give them another chance, and get my allignment done. They tried to tell me that I need all kinds of other work done before they will do the allignment. Not necessary. My 2 brother in laws are auto technicians, one for BMW, the other for Firestone. Not necessary to do all the extra work. Waste of time and $!!!
Man the service manager is rude and has know knowledge over 2 hours for a oil change they will never service my personal vehicle and the only reason they do the company truck is this the only place they have a account! !!!!!
Unfortunately, my last experience with this Pep Boys Shop was not a good one. After my formal customer complaint, I was refunded my money for their poor work.
Love working here with all the guys and joe :) striving for success is what we do and have quality parts!!
