Professional service,, fast no unusual long wait and the staff was friendly.
Roanoke TX. location removed the tire sensors on my car and didn't put them back. Twice. I'll remove this rating when I get the sensors placed back on my car tires. All I did was get a tire change. Sending ratings to every location and site I can find. All I recall is that it was a smooth talking dike that changed the tires.

The service is quick and friendly. The master tech Kacey is thorough and fast. I got all 4 tires and two front struts done in one hour. My oil change also came with a complimentary vehicle inspection, in which the tech let me know of other things that were wrong with my vehicle. Chad, Nick, Claudio and Kacey are by far the most helpful people I have ever met! I can honestly say I will not be taking my car anywhere else other than Pep Boys!
Went to get a battery change and got a whole speech on how there was an electrical problem with the fan and I needed to take it to a partner electrical shop. The fan was draining the battery and it keeps draining. Went to Inwood Motors and got my battery changed no problem. Checked it this morning and what do you know, still good as new. Not the first time this location tried to rip off me or a friend to boost their buddies business. Avoid this location if at all possible.
