got an oil change on a bmw x4 they stripped the bolt and my car had been leaking oil into my garage and all over Atlanta for a week. I'd youtube and do it with no tools before I ever use them again
Don’t come here. Ever. An appointment means nothing here and even if the bay is empty they’ll quote you 15 minutes and won’t even pull your car in until over an hour and a half later. Just find another location. I’ll never come back to this one.
Took my car in to have a tire patched. Two hours later, I went to ask how much longer. Man behind the desk told me to go to another desk and ask the person there. No one was there, so I tailed the guy who initially took my order. He said he would check. It was ready. I asked how long it had been ready and he said he didn’t know. I guess I would have sat there until closing time if I hadn’t tracked someone down. I asked why no one had told me my car was ready; again, no worthy response. JACOB has no customer service basically blew me off when I asked him about sugar for coffee and asked him how he was when I walked in and his response was..WORKING.seemed a little RACIALLY MOTIVATED IN HIS RESPONSES
Been to this location three times now the first two times for light bulbs took 2 hours the third time I was there for two tires and an oil change three hours. At the service desk when the service writer was writing my ticket up asked me my name eight different times. The general service technician back my car out before the general able to talk to me about my tires.
