Got extorted on a brake change, never confirmed the job. Just told them I'll pick up the car later. Dude calls me back saying the job is done. I never spoke to you, about starting it. Stay away from Hackensack NJ River Rd, over priced and dishonest.
I came to Pep Boys thinking that a big brand name would serve as a guarantee of good service. Oh I was so wrong. I have been dealing with AC and over 1000 dollars, 9 months and 2 different stores we are in the same place. Oh and not only the company as a whole seems to fail, they are incompetent and rude while doing so. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE FOR ANY REASON. You are better off at Autozone for parts and Meineke or any other shop for service.
