Pesimo trabajo en la parte mecanica. Trabajan como quieren y son inrresponsables ojuala y me contacte el dueño para llevarlo y demostrarle con los ladrones que son sus empleados y aclaro que no es en precio si no en la parte mecanica. 3.5 hours for a battery change? It took Pepboys in Verona, NJ 2 hours to say that we needed a new battery when we told them that the minute we walked in. After 3.5 hours, we're still waiting for them to finish. Never going back here again.
Will never go there again customer service is horrible
AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! I just wasted an hour sitting there so people could look at me and DO NOTHING to my car. I made an appointment for 12 PM today (that's noon to you and I). I got there 20 minutes before the appointment time, only to be told they would not even LOOK at the car for an hour yet. When I asked why I made an appointment, the lovely response from Maurice was, "We don't control the internet". So...there WAS no reason to make an appointment.
