I took my car to be aligned this past Sunday. Same day drove my car and it over heated. Since late I had to get my car towed back from the Bronx and wait next day to get looked over. Never had an issue with my car over heating just to find out under my car a part was damage. Weather this happens when they lifted and secured my car or not they need to be more careful. Was told this took force. So now between my 100 tow and new part and labor and good five hundred dollar job due to a wheel alignment.

They pay zero attention to your requests. Bought tires and asked to have the best old one kept as a spare because the spare was defective. After 3 requests, they placed a tire in the trunk never switching it with the defective spare until I had to ask a 4th time. The entire ordeal lasted 3 hours for 4 tires.
Pep boys in middle village know me very well i was their yesrteday oil change n nystate cert they told me 1hr and exactly one hour later bam my car was done. I bought my tires their 1 yr ago. One went flat the same day brought it back next day they fixed it the didnt tighten the nut tight enough. But had no issues. Got my battery from them as well.
Got what i thought was an oil change an paided for it only to come down to Virginia an my brother in law put on a lift an to my surprise they didnt even give it an oil change
