I think Pep Boys hires mechanics who can't hack it in a real shop.
went in for engine check and clean battery. $40 later they recommend new battery terminal and replace fly wheel for over $1100 😠 so they "did the best they could do since I refuse to buy a terminal" and didn't give a any discount after I was promised one by Louis. i fell taken advantage of since I'm a woman!! are we still in the 50's 😡
RecommendedNice and friendly customer service. However, better to call ahead and ask if the work can be done here. Unable to work on our car (Cadillac) to change a light bulb because whole front assembly must come off to do so.
Took an APPOINTMENT online for 3pm. It is 4:40 and my car is still on the lot. Wish me luck... Edit : got a sincere apology and discount from Jessie. It is 5:30 and I m out
They were very busy , got me in out in a reasonable. Amount of time - very courteous staff & the. Manager Jason turned me onto a better discounted set of tires - happy customer
they tell you 20 to 40 minutes wait and you end up waiting for 2 to 3 hours. funny thing is you see people coming and leaving and you sitting there watching how they ignore you. not only that, a nail is a reason for them to replace a tire!! BS! first and last time i do business with this people.
