Would not install tires bought from Amazon (with Pep Boys service install) even though they were an OEM size (provable at the Chevrolet site), but they said otherwise ( said size was not OEM). ~ Still trying to get get my Pep boys service tire install money refunded/back .
Recommendedup front with wait time since I didn't have appt. Good mechanic fixed my a/c!
Had an appointment for an oil change and it took over two hours. Wont be back here again.
Worst experience ever! Wasted a whole day waiting for them to do a diagnostic and they never got to my car and didn’t bother to call me. I tried calling multiple times and was put on hold each time and was hung up on after the third time I called and was on hold for 10 minutes.
Thank You for going above and beyond. I had a battery installed on Monday. Yesterday my starter stopped working. I pulled in at 6pm, and they did not have my starter. The service guy called all over and even went to pick up the part. The mechanic checked my car from bumper to bumper after I mentioned I have to drive to Texas. Two visits with great service from service writers to mechanics and cashiers as I shopped for a few things while I waited.
Brought my XTerra. I must have had a lot of frustration on my face. They were quite helpful. Got me back on the road in less than two hours. It was the crank sensor. I thought it was going to be something more complex.
Daniel at the service desk rocks. He worked some magic today!!!
