Pep Boys...You suck!! I went in to your store to get my tires rotated and I was told it would be a 3 hour wait!! The last time I was there to get a new battery it was over a 2 hour wait! ! You lost me as a customer and I will tell all my friends too that you suck! I left your store and went a block away to Jiffy Lube! They were super busy and they had me in and out in 20 minutes....Bob, "the store manager". ..you suck too! Your store is a failure! !
These people are crooks. A bunch of damn thugs working customer service. A tattoo on your neck that says fuck is really classy. Went there for an oil change, they wouldn't let me get one unless I paid an extra $40 for synthetic. And the clueless manager comes over to tell me that's how they operate. Stay away from these clowns.
They Suck, I Ordered Rims Last Week, And I Still Have Not Received Them. They Said I Would Have Them Saturday,Saturday Came And Went, Then They Said Monday, Now Monday Is Gone, What The F#$%. I Will Never Order Anything From Them EVER....
Third time I've ordered a simple part from this store and paid for it in advance. Never arrived and never got a phone call or reason why. Don't know why I even came back when I knew this was going to happen. Never dealing with then again.
