Bob, the manager, is a gentleman, a great manager, and a great mechanic. After several problems with the headlight on my husband's car, the light wasn't working. A dishonest shop would have replaced the light and charged me. Bob, who was outside when I pulled in, opened the hood, found that the light had come unplugged, reconnected it, and I was on my way with no charge.
