These idiots tried to charge 400 dollars for changing 8 spark plugs... They felt they could get away with an obnoxious price gouge simply because it was squeezed in with 3k worth of other work. (Which was honestly maybe around 1600 in work, but they clearly have no shame or conscience in ripping off 80 year old customers) The customer my father being elderly and only dealing with them over the phone was absolutely taken advantage of. They fix a part n keep telling you another part 450 last payday now they say timing belt yeah of course 750.00 that's also after 165 the paycheck before lol also now oil n power steering leask another 350 sounds fishy to me assholes! Why not tell you when first under dam car
You don't even deserve the single star. I arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. I was advised it could take hours for them to even look at my car despite having an appointment...then there was the customer service, or more like lack there of. The employee seemed to find it a true hassel to call about warranty issues and even decided what my budget should be, dismissing me, advising the cost would be just to much.
