Iǘe been going to this store for more than a decade. they recently gave the store an internal facelift and many old faces have gone. surprisingly these changes all seem to be improvements and the service is definitely better. i feel like they respect me and my time and on a side note they seem to be female and lgbt friendly (just by looking at the staff which appears to be at least 30% women some of whom are definitely nonconventional) Keep up the good work Pep Boys, Napa is too far to drive.
