Worst customer service ever. Was told I could return an item I ordered online there. Store rep refused to do it. I called the phone support for help, they called the store to walk the store rep thru the return. Store rep hung up on the phone support!!! I had to file a chargeback on my CC! Horrible all around. Do yourself a favor, shop at NAPA, or O'Riely, or anywhere else
The only thing they can tell us is what they cannot do because they are incapable of doing anything outside a simple air check!! Won't be back!

Was going to give them a 1 star but being only of the few places that are open on sunday, I give them a 2. I did the online appointment which is a waste of time. All I needed was one tire to be replaced from a flat the night before. Took 2 1/2 hours to do so and the place wasn't all that busy. People that showed up after me had their work done before me. Why do you even take online reservations if they can't be honored? Twice now I have scheduled an appointment online only to wait for 30+ minutes before anyone was even able to start working on my car. Today I had an appointment for a simple emissions test and was kept waiting for half an hour before anyone realized the emissions guy wasn't even in. I drove down the street to Jiffy Lube and they had me out the door in less time than I waited for no service at Pep Boys. I don't think I'll be returning.
