I love this location! Everyone was friendly and they educated me on what I needed done. I will be using them in the future.
Don’t even make an appointment it’s pointless cause they take first come first serve. Made an appointment and was told it’s a 4 hr wait
I will never bring a vehicle back to this establishment again. Came in for an alignment, that's it. Was told "it won't take too long, we aren't that busy" 3 hours later I'm still sitting here waiting. Person manning the front desk was on the phone so much I couldn't even ask how much longer it was going to be. At one point I heard her say "let me call you right back, a customer just walked in" so these calls weren't even business related🤷

I take my car 2 different mechanics they can find a problem I just take today at at Pepboy. And they fix my car. I am so happy and thank you bad boys.
