As a locally owned shop I'm starting to feel Pep boys is going to omit their wholesale department. I will call 5-10 times to no answer when needing to place an order. They have fired or caused some really good knowledgeable people to leave. I used to get a call from Frank every Friday on all the super Saturday deals now nobody calls. When I get my order half of it is wrong or stuff is missing...if i even get the order. Parts that are backordered never get to me. Inform me of my cabin air filter cost me $30 I hope it's not that expensive! Will see.
I came in with a turn signal issue and Austin found the parts and replaced them. Quick and easy.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. After a routine oil change, they recommended that I replace certain parts in my car. After they replaced them, my car started making loud clunking noises as I drove. I asked them why, but they had no answer, they repeated "it's fine, your car is safe". It's not fine, I've been in 6 times in the past 2 weeks and my car sounds worse than ever. No one agrees on anything and all they say to you is "we'll fix your car, don't worry". Save yourself time and lots of money, do not go here.
