This is one of the most worst experiences of my life. my car has been here for almost 2 months, they destroyed my car, don't tell me what's going on, have my car sent to two other places without my permission or knowledge. no ones communicating with me, no courtesy, barely even a call back. now as I wait here for 20 minutes and no one has helped me yet I wonder where my car is? because its not here where I bought it too. What do I think of this place? They overcharge their customers 2x the labor time actually used, it took 5 weeks and 20 calls to customer service to get a call back only to be told "I'm sorry you feel screwed, but to d*mn bad for you... we're doing nothing to remedy this" And as a side note, they didn't even do the job correctly so it has to be done again! They got one star b/c none wasn't an option...
