They are the worst! They took us to the cleaners. We told them our windshield wiper didn't work and they charged us 150 to confirm that! Then they charged is another $140 in labor to install the new motor. And it took them 4 hours to do this! and they are under construction and don't have a bathroom!!!

Don't Go to pep boys in Manchester CT They will screw you over! Just Took My 2014 Subaru Impreza Car In to see why the Tire Light is on & Get an oil change & I Came out and tire light was still on. Plus The Check engine light was on which it wasn't on before plus it was sounding funny. So My Mom Had Them Check again & They said it was find. So my Mom drove it home & The transmission is making funny noises. Screw Pep boys. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! This place is absolutely horrible that I don't even know where to begin. I originally bought my car to get my windshield wipes fixed and they kept giving me the run around about the motor pieces not arriving in time. I kept explaining that I could bring my car back when the replacement pieces were in, but again, they kept giving me the run around, forcing me to rent a car for multiple days.
