I work in customer service and I can tell you that minimizing the wait time is a priority. That being said, what is the sense in making an appointment if it takes an hour and a half after the fact to be seen, let alone serviced? Working in the industry I can tell you it takes an hour at MOST to install 4 tires and align the vehicle. My appointment was at 5pm and I'm still waiting. It is 7:30pm. Do not bother making an appointment, it saves you no time.
I spent three and a half hours today getting 4 tires put on my truck, with my eight year old daughter with me. I thought it wouldn’t be bad seeing as I made an appointment. They said they did an alignment but I got no paperwork for it and was told they could re do it so I was sure but again the 8 year old. I had asked for two of my tires to be save because they were new, I checked the bed of the truck and they weren’t there. I’m very disappointed and will never be going back. Bought 4 brand new tire car is worse now 3 time back in there still can’t get it straight
I was at this location yesterday to get tires and an alignment. My appointment was for 10 am I showed up at 9:55am. My car didn't get put in the shop until 11:30. After they looked at my tires the person at the counter stated that I needed 4 new tires. I went back to the mechanic who told me that I only needed three new tires. I bought the three tires and had them put it on. I had told him that I wanted to talk about the road hazards because I wasn't sure that I was getting them.
