Worst service in town, most unprofessional staff I've ever met (which goes a long way when it comes to mechanics), and most expensive place. Do your self a favor....go some place else
I spent 2 1/2 hours at Pepboys this morning trying to get an oil change. At 11:15, I was told there was 1 in front of me. At 12:35, I was told there was 1 on front of me. There was no one in waiting room but me. At 1:30 I left. Dummy me for staying that long. It's ALWAYS at hit or miss with the service here.
This is the worst ever place to have ur car worked on! They lie and rip u off! Don't ever go there!
