Refused to listen to me. I told them what was wrong with my car, they said no. It’s fine. But I am a woman so why would they listen to me
the service part sucks. they lie to you and don't know what to fix let alone how to fix it. should be closing the other way. keep the parts and sales and b screw the techs
On 5/23 I had Pep Boys service my tires. On the way home from the location, my tire blew out, putting my life in severe danger. The damage to the tire was clearly caused by overinflation and Pep Boys refused to take responsibility for their actions, saying the problem was that I didn't purchase the tire from them. Horrible management. Do not spend your time or money here.
better service for one. i will not be goin back for nothing. been there 3 times to get a simple oil change and given 3 different excuses they couldn't do it
RecommendedThomas and Hiro were amazing. We lost the alternator on the interstate. Made it to the parking lot just as the truck quit on us. They were slammed with work, but Thomas and Hiro made sure they could get us home tonight with our dogs. In my book, that is going above and beyond!

4th time going to Pep Boys to get this tire fixed. 1st time, did not find problem, 2nd time could not get to me for 4 hours, 3rd time could not find problem, 4th time could not get to me for 4 hours, in the mean time, have my 4 grand children visiting and placing them in harm's way.
The prices are outrageous.
Worst service I have come across. An appointment is never available and if you walk in, they don’t have time to wait on you. I’m not sure how one is supposed to get service unless they want to sit ALL DAY and wait. My pep boys account will be closed as of today.
