Good customer service - it didn’t take that long!
The staff treated us horrible. They were rude, only one word replies. One man came in after us and stood at the desk for 15 mins while 2 staff members were there and never said anything to him. There was one gentleman with a cane who was the only one who was nice. We were the only customers in store (they may have been working on cars in the garage area for sure ) but they were by no means packed. All we needed was a battery change and it took an hour and a half!
My husband brought our car in on Saturday for a replacement headlight bulb. Mechanic installed the new bulb, which did not work. told my husband he needed a replacement connector which they did not have. took it to dealership today to find out the Pep boys mechanic did not connect the bulb properly. We will be asking for a refund of the labor charge.
The mechanics are fantastic and are very observant. They take care of military personnel. Bahman the service manager is fantastic as well as Austin and Dee .
This place is ridiculous! They've had the parts for my car for 2 weeks and it's still not done. I was told I wasn't a priority because I wasn't waiting in the waiting room. My car has been there over 5 weeks. How can an oil change be a priority over a vehicle that has been there so long?
Its taken over 30 hours to get my brakes done. Im never coming back. No communication,and no professionalism. Ill be taking my buisness somewhere else.
Great place to be, weekends can be hectic and slow but that's every repair shop,. If you haven't come down and had your vehicle looked at by pepboys, your missing out. What has your mechanic missed?
