I took my vehicle in on thursday due to several error messages and having a nice tow from galion. Assistant manager said that they would call me the next day and let me know whats going on. Needless to say they never called me so I reached out and called them on friday and was told that I needed a accelerator position sensor, so they go ahead and replace it. I’m 28 years old. I’ve been driving for 12 years. I’ve never had problems with my brakes squeaking, I maintain my car routinely, I do not put cheap parts on my car. They tell me my nearly new squeaking brakes are normal, because my rotors have a shiny appearance instead of a matte appearance, and that is “normal”. Squeaking brakes are NOT normal. This in addition to other problems with this shop. This is my 4th and final straw.
RecommendedStopped in on my way to work with a flat tire and Jason got me in and out in literal minutes. Got me back on the road and only a few minutes late saving me a huge hassle. Great job!
Great place to keep your vehicle up and safe to drive... Great staff here too.
Man they rip you off. I went in to get tires and had to spend over 600 dollars just to get the tire guarantee. What kind of crap is that. Worst of all they quoted me at 538 dollars and I paid 589 dollars. I sent an email to pep boys and they replied I need to file an official complaint, I thought I was.
