Great service today. . . . a little more expensive for some things, but when it's just me I know things are taken care of. Always good customer service and the job gets done right. A huge plus. . .. . today it wasn't an "all day" thing!!!! Thanks guys!!!! :-)
Dropped off a car to have a tire looked at and it was not touched in 5 hours. I was only told it would take 2 hours. When I called I was told it was next to be worked on. That was a lie. Then they lost my key and took them 10 minutes. The manager was not willing to address the issue.
Made an appointment to drop my car off at 10am for them to check my brakes for me. Before I left to go shopping with my husband they took my car back to look at it so I thought maybe it won't take them so long than. WRONG!!!! Two hours went by and I heard nothing from them. I called and immediately got put on hold before I could even ask what was going on and when my husband called back a second time they finally told him I needed new brakes. Waiting for FOUR hours and the car was just brought back into the bay. No one seems to have any answers when asked about time. Avoid this place like the plague.
Have always received great service and a very reasonable price. Carlos and Jake have always provided top-notch customer service!
This is the second time I have been in dire straits and even though they were extremely busy they worked me in and got me back on the road. Thanks Jacob and the rest of the boys at Pep Boys!!!
