Went to Pep Boys today to get my car state-inspected, and had my time totally wasted. I was told that my car would be inspected within the hour and after waiting almost 2 hours my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I'm a patient person, but expect honesty and integrity in what I am told up front and did not receive that or anything close. My time was beyond wasted here. At this point, I will not be returning for inspections or service or to even the shop for parts. #BeyondAnnoyed
Everyone at the Winchester Pep Boys location is kind, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. If you are a loyal customer or a business partner, you can be rest assured that your needs will be met with the utmost care. I am very happy to be able to take my car to a place that I can trust, and will continue to use this location for my auto needs.
Should have looked this up before going to pep boys because they have terrible reviews and my experience was awful. Took t car in for a state inspection and they failed me for multiple things that work perfectly. They wanted $900 for all of it!! They told me the SHADE of my turn signals is wrong 🙄😠 took them 2 freaking hours and they let the car sit there after being done and they still wouldn’t ring us up until we bugged them. Pep boys is awful. Will lie about your car having issues just to try and charge you ridiculous amounts of money for repairs. Won’t ever go back
First time here. A huge fight broke out between employees. Foul language and all. Right in front of kids and customers.
