Pep Boys did me a real solid yesterday! My wife and I noticed one of her back tires was really low and had a nail in it while on the way to visit our daughter in the NICU. Despite being extra busy, Pep Boys took me right in and took care of it immediately with a permanent plug fix. Thanks so much for helping get us back on the road!
Call on Saturday told them the size of the tires they said could mount and balance the tires I got there talked to Gil never even pulled them off the truck to see the size or anything just said they was to big and I needed to go somewhere else this place will never get my business again

They will not stand behind anything they sell thieves and the customer service end of it sucks

Several months ago we had service on our vehicle which included a tire rotation. Today we went to have the tires changed and there is no wheel lug key. Called the store and they said "I don't know what to tell you". Obviously they either never put it back or never actually did the work they charged me for. Pathetic, I've taken both vehicles there for years and this is the response I get. What Garbage.
over two hours to complete oil change and tire rotation. I waited there had to ask if it was completed...Aggravation!
Service absolutely sucks. Can't put oil caps back on, can't put valve caps back on, can't tighten oil filter properly, over fills oil 1 visit then doesn't add enough the next visit and can't fix a repairable flat tire.
