worst customer service ever. everybody was rude and either stood there and looked at us or walked away without an "I'll be right there". when we finally did get help, we found out that the prices we were given over the phone didn't include other fees and costs for service. when this was mentioned, nobody tried to apologize or even say anything about it I will never come back here again and would encourage others not to either.
I will be back there in the am to get my axle and it better be perfect or I will get my lawyer and take my car to the dealership and let them fix it and have the bill sent to Pep boys at this location. NO BS!
