I had made an appt online, but when I came in it wasn’t in system. Manager said they were having glitches with the app & he would get me in as soon as possible. I was in& out in an hour !! TY

Just a small job, repairing a front tire. Done in about an hour while I was with the Cub Scouts nearby, they called when ready like I asked. I appreciate the quick service.
Took too long to have 4 tires replaced. Good price friendly people.
2nd time there for different repair both times quotes greatly exaggerated. $230 to replace 2 headlight bulbs that 3 years ago cost $60 (they had the service order) that was done at another location.

When I got there they took my keys and got me out really fast that's why I go there instead on Midas
Absolutely fantastic service Jim the service manager and all the mechanics were amazing best service I've ever had at pep boys
I had my CV axel replaced because my boot tore and it spewed grease all over my transmission and other areas. They replaced the axel but they didn't wipe up any of the grease which gave me the impression of laziness.
