I made an appointment with Audubon Pepboys for 10:00A.M. yesterday arrived 5 minutes before appointment, at 1:00 P.M. they finally got the car into the shop and after 15 minutes evaluated that there was a small leak in the radiator and it needed to be replaced, I informed them that we had CarShield and that the work had to be approved prior to work being done. I’ve visited this place twice and both times have been a disappointment. I’m a reasonable person. I asked for an oil change and for them to inspect my tires. The guy, first, wasn’t paying attention when I explained why I needed my tires inspected. But, ok, I repeated it- when he was asking and paying attention. I had an excellent experience there. They were honest about wait time, didn’t overcharge, service employee was great!
one star horrible service. I made appointment and waited three hours to take the car in. the service guy said the "guys were not machines" and that "appointments did not matter"?? he said twice do you want you car back. really that was his solution?? why take appointment s if they don't honor them. why did he have to augrue with me? no sorry we will be right with no. went right to arguing? bad customer service.

I ordered a tire online at 6:30 am through PepBoys website, scheduled the appointment to have the tire installed at Audubon store for 6 pm that evening. Got my confirmation via email. At 5:30 pm I get a phone call stating that they don’t have that tire in stock and the only one they have is $70 MORE...Didn’t offer a price match or a different day so they could order the tire... I called a different pep boys who offered me a price match and they are installing it now. Never will use Audubon Pep Boys again!
