If I could give a zero star I would, 1.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment is beyond ridiculous! And when I pointed out the 30 minute guarantee the manager claimed he didn't know what I was talking about. � I missed out on time at work due to the delay...
Waited 5 hours just to tell me they can't install a hitch. I scheduled an install of a hitch for Friday at noon. After waiting an hour I was told it didn't come on the truck. So then they rescheduled for Sunday at 10. On Sunday at noon, 2 hrs later the repair guy called me back to ask about cutting into the heat shields and removing the plastic off my bumper. I took my van to pep boys in Waukegan a month ago for a flat tire Alex was so helpful that I decided to get brakes done! Two new tires front brakes rotors and alignment under 800.00 very satisfied! I would recommend them���
