What’s the point in making an appointment if it’s gonna be 4/5 hr wait
This was at the Pep Boys in Waukegan, Il. Had an appointment at 12 noon to get all 4 new tires that I bought from there put on my car. Checked in around 11:50am. The guy told me my appointment wasn't until 2 and I told him I was pretty sure made the appt at 12. But he kept saying I was wrong. I pulled up the email confirming my appt at noon. He didn't want to look at it and said I believe you I know it's at 12 but we can't take you until 2. I told him I had taken the day off work for this. He says fine give me your keys and ... read more

Had a scheduled oil change appointment at 4. Arrived on time and waited until 5:20. Asked if it was complete, and was told they haven’t even got to the car yet. What a waste of gas and time. Thanks.

Waited a hour and a half to get a estimate to find out the worker who wrote up my ticket left for the day! Yes! Had me sitting in wait area and no one said nothing! whole time my car was up in the air! Call manager next day and never got a apology!
