How long does it take to put tires on a car? We've been here 2 hours so far...the mechanics are wandering around the garage and out back and not working. WTH Last year it took them 4 hours to put on 4 tires and the mechanics were out back talking and smoking WTH again. Made a huge mistake coming back here again. Won't be back. And the dude at the counter needs an attitude adjustment....
Horrible place to have tires replaced! We were told they had to order our tires and would be in a few days only to find out they had given them to someone else. After 3 appointments finally got the tires on and had to come back 4 times for leaking tires. The last time the brought us into the garage to show us the rim was bent. I have a hard time believing it took 4 times to see an OBVIOUS bend. Long story short horrible service and they bent our rim so we lost way more then we should have.
Not cool guys. Cancelled me twice yesterday only to not put me in the system today. So now after work tomorrow is what I get to settle for. Usually great service. Not happy. At least you say you'll honor the oil change coupon.
I went online and found a wiring kit that said it would work for my 2016 truck. Put it in the cart for store pick and when you pick it up, then, you pay for it. Go in and a guy helped me find it, because it wasn't ready even though the email said it was. The manager, Joe, then ASSURED me it would work on my 2016 and that even though it said up to 2014 on the package that it was just due to the packaging. My experience at this place was awful. First thing was my appt was at 10am and my car didn't go back into the wrk area until 10:50am then I ended up waiting 4hrs for breaks and roaders. Then they took a 10% discount off only for me to have to go back the following day bcuz my breaks where still making a noise. To make a long story short DO NOT GO THERE THEY ARE THE WORST.

I went to there to replace a tail and turn signal light. I called ahead to get a estimate to make sure I had enough. When I got there they told me it would take at least 10 min before their mechanic would get to it. The person at the register did it for me in under 10 and it cost less then what I was told. Very friendly and great service, thanks guys.
I have taken my car here and they are crooks. If the "computer says" it takes 5 hours to put on a starter and it takes 3 hours you are going to pay for the difference. So basically you pay almost an extra 200 dollars for nothing. I can't believe they charge you for time they didn't even spend fixing the car. Now if something goes wrong and it takes more than the time they quote you will pay past the quoted price. Which defeats the argument that you pay what the "computer" says for how long it takes.
