I had one of their workers Collin Martin from the frederick md location on snapchat. he constantly posted videos of them vaping with the parts and in the shop which explains why it takes so long for the cars to ever get done. when i made a joke on his snapchat post he preceded to call me a “no good n*gger”. these are not the kind of people i will have working on cars for myself or my family. what kind of people do they let work here!?
Ordered tires online via their website, set an appointment for installation the next day. Got a confirmation email for my purchase and installation of 4 tires. Showed up 20 minutes early only to find the order had been cancelled without even bothering to notify me. At the store they told me that orders that require a store to store transfer of tires because of a lack of stock results in an automatic cancellation and if JimBob in commercial sales does not notify Bubba at the service desk, the customer is left coming in to hav... read more
I've been waiting for over 5 hours now
I love dealing with Chubs. Makes me feel very comfortable. Since meeting him there I seem to come back every few weeks. Love dealing with him alot more then the catalog people. Great Job Chubs. See you again soon just need to expand the speed shop section. To give me a bigger toy store.
Went in for a noise under my hood. They said it was the wheel bearings. They did the wheel bearings and did not tighten the bolts on control arm 2 out of 3 bolts came out. The 3rd was loose. My whole tire almost came off my car while going 65 mph on a highway that morning. I transport my children in this car. Someone could have gotten hurt or died. Made an appointment for 3pm at approximately 1:30. Which is obviously an hour in a half before I needed to be there. I get there and I had said I had an appointment at 3pm at the desk and he had asked me if I made it today, I said yes I did, he replies with well my guy is on lunch and is booked for the rest of the day so he can schedule me for a different day. Well if you knew I made the appointment today and you saw it why would you try to move me. I highly do not recommend going to this pep boys.
I have an 8 am appointment for an inspection. I drive 30 minutes to get there. They open at 7:30. I'm told it's snowing and they can't do it. Now why didn't they call me to cancel? Because they are assholes. Never. Ever. Again.
