First time i make an appointment, get there and they tell me they can not do an inspection. No call, nothing. Should have learned my lesson making a 2nd appointment and this time they actually called, but canceled my appointments as they have no techs tonight to do an inspection. Rude service.
The worst service my fiancé has ever gotten, he has been a customer ever since he bought his car and they tried charging him for mistakes they made and not taking responsibility for what they did.

I'd like to thanks the mechanic at the South Willow Street location who tightened my windshield wipers this afternoon and sent me on my way free of charge. I appreciate the kindness and attention I received, even for such a minor repair. I'll be sure to bring my vehicle back for more serious repairs should the need arise!
I went in for an inspection, I had the greatest customer service experience to date in Pep Boys. Lisa P. helped me out and was fantastic. There were a couple of issues that caused my truck to fail and Lisa was very helpful going over my options and explaining what the mechanic was doing. Thanks Lisa, keep up the good work!
