Went in to have the codes checked when my engine light came on. First person I dealt with sis they couldn’t check it that day. So I made an appointment to have it checked out today. Worst customer service. Stood waiting there with no one at service counter. Only when the phone rang did a guy come over and than after the call said it would be a minute. Took off and another guy approached. Told him I have an appointment for 10 and somehow can't find my appointment. About to show confirmation of appointment and than he takes off to come back and they don't have all the tires. Than tells me I can get 3 but would not be ready til end of day and come back tomorrow to have the other. I ask him to refund me and... read more
Worst fucking place ever.. 2 hours for a fucking oil change. They don't know how to bill you properly. No creamer for there coffee and they moved my seat in my my car. Fuck this place will never go back and will be putting a bad review on anything and everything I can for this company.
Tonight Adam, Justin and another gentleman who worked there tonight stayed an extra 20 minutes after closing to make sure my SUV was working with a new battery. These gentlemen did great work and my family is safe thanks to their dedication. It really was quite the situation. Thank you gentlemen!
I have given this place soooo many chances to hopefully redeem themselves but good looorrrdddd every time it is just horrible. I wait 1.5 hours for an oil change. An oil change. 1.5 hours. I continue to go here because it’s convenient. I had an appointment scheduled tonight for an inspection at 6. Get here and apparently they don’t have anyone who can actually do an inspection. Was pretty fast for an inspection. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg either
Made appt online, drive down to be told they are overbooked and cannot to any work today. Online scheduler showed entire afternoon open. Remove that from your website if you can't honor the appts made
Been to this location several times now and have been happy every time. They are honest, fair, and the staff is very helpful. After this last visit to get my brakes looked at (they were squeaking, but didn't need to be replaced), I will keep coming back and recommend them to family/friends. They easily could have sold me new brakes even if I didn't need them, but they did not. Happy customer here.
